Here is a sweet 2020 Les Paul Standard that has seen a handful of thoughtful changes. This one was done in the limited-edition Tri-Burst finish, which is somewhat unique for Gibson. Rather than the traditional teardrop burst, it features a black and red edge burst that follows the outline of the binding.
One of the most notable changes is that the original chrome hardware has been replaced with gold Gibson hardware. The pickups have also been professionally swapped for a set of PAF-style Gibson Custombuckers, with a standard-wind bridge pickup and the underwound version in the neck. This combination preserves a lot of clarity while still giving the guitar a full, big sound. It has tons of sustain, along with a great-feeling neck and action.
This guitar is in great structural condition and shows only honest play and gigging wear you would expect, with some light dings and scratches in the finish here and there, but no major blemishes or structural repairs. It comes with the case candy, original strap, factory baby photo, and even a set of Schaller strap locks, all included in its original brown Gibson hardshell case.
